Renovations FAQs

02

Can I add to the work down the road?

Any changes to the scope, materials, or labor is completely acceptable and can be made at any stage of the project. We will discuss the cost and time impact in a fair and transparent manner.

To cover for the initial material and labor cost, 50% of the installment must be paid at the beginning and the remainder paid at project completion.

06

How can I finance my project?

Common methods include cash/savings, HELOC or home‑equity loans, personal/home improvement loans, or a cash‑out refinance. Each of these have their different rates and terms. Speak with your banker or financial planner to explore your options.

Renovations and improvement projects do not require a permit unless they entail altering your building’s footprint or making full structural, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems upgrades. If required, we will let you know and handle the process for you.
